The Burgee Co-Build Program is our exclusive pre-launch initiative designed to merge community insight with high-end apparel engineering. We believe that luxury shouldn't just look exceptional—it must perform flawlessly in the real world.

Through this program, we hand-select a group of international travelers to become the final architects of our collections. Before any Burgee garment is released to the public, it is sent to our Co-Builders to be worn, weathered, and tested across different climates and continents. Your feedback on fit, fabric breathability, and aesthetic impact directly influences the final production version of the garment.

How It Works

  1. Application: Any individual with an upcoming international travel itinerary is eligible to apply.
  2. Selection: Our team reviews applications based on travel destinations, duration, and the applicant's alignment with the Burgee aesthetic.
  3. The Kit: If selected, you will receive a curated selection of pre-launch Burgee apparel tailored to your destination.
  4. The Mission: Wear the pieces during your journey. Capture the moments and, most importantly, provide honest feedback on performance and design.
  5. The Impact: Your insights are integrated into our final design process before the global launch.

CO-BUILD PROGRAM: TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these terms carefully before applying.

1. Application & Selection

  • Submission of an application does not guarantee selection or participation in the Co-Build Program.
  • Burgee reserves the right to select participants at its sole discretion based on internal brand requirements and travel logistics.
  • Successful applicants will be notified via the official email address provided. If a response is not received within 48 hours, the spot may be forfeited to another applicant.

2. Product Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • Prototype Status: All items provided are "Pre-Launch Prototypes." They may differ from the final commercial version.
  • Ownership: Apparel provided through this program is gifted to the participant for testing purposes. However, the intellectual property of the design remains the sole property of Burgee.
  • Feedback Assignment: By participating, you agree that any feedback, suggestions, or ideas provided to Burgee become the exclusive property of Burgee. We reserve the right to use this feedback for product improvements and marketing without compensation.

3. Usage & Conduct

  • Participants are expected to use the apparel as intended during their international travel.
  • While we encourage sharing your journey on social media, any "leaked" details regarding unreleased technical specifications or pricing prior to the official launch date may result in removal from future brand programs.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • Burgee is not responsible for any travel delays, baggage issues, or customs complications arising from the transport of the provided apparel.
  • The apparel is provided "as-is" for testing. Burgee is not liable for any skin sensitivities or minor defects inherent in prototype testing.

5. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

CUSTOMER CONTACT POLICY

Communication Standards for the Co-Build Program

To ensure a seamless collaboration between the brand and our Co-Builders, we adhere to the following contact protocols:

  • Primary Channel: All official program communication, including selection notices and feedback forms, will be sent via Email (contact@burgeeburgee.com ).
  • Real-Time Coordination: For logistics and shipping updates, we may contact you via WhatsApp or SMS using the number provided in your application.
  • Feedback Collection: Participants will receive a structured digital feedback form 7 days after their scheduled return date. Prompt completion is required to maintain "Active Co-Builder" status.
  • Privacy: We will never share your contact information with third-party marketers. Your details are used strictly for program logistics and brand updates.
  • Opt-Out: You may request to be removed from our contact list at any time, though this will result in immediate withdrawal from the Co-Build Program.
